Spontanious Combustion?

..I'm sure I spelt that wrong..
anywho, a friend of mine was gaming on his crappy Win95 computer, when all of a sudden, his monitor made a loud *POP*, and smoke spewed out of the top of it, along with a few flames! 0_0
